A360 Release: Export as Sketchup and Enhanced 2D Measure

We’ve been hard at work since the last release, and we hope you’re as excited as we are about the results. We’ve added some key enhancements to A360, including an upgraded immersive viewer, enhanced measuring functionality, the ability to export Fusion files in Sketchup format, and more.

Export as Sketchup

You can now export Fusion designs as Sketchup files.

Search for projects

Search in A360 is already a great feature, but we noticed that many of you wanted a way to search for projects, not just drawings, models, wiki pages, and design components. Now you can find projects without navigating back to the project page in your hub; simply search and go.

Immersive viewer enhancements

We’ve upgraded the viewer so you now have access to many enhancements. One of these enhancements is visual cues within the 2D measuring feature:

2D Measure

Within the measuring feature, clicking within a scale disables any clicks outside of that scale.

This particular enhancement is the most noticeable, but you may find that markups and measuring just look better; scaling looks smoother, lines and arrows may seem crisper, and a slew of tiny improvements that you may notice if you look closely.
